Patrick Casey has over 30 years of experience in the residential and commercial construction industry as a master carpenter, project manager and remodeling contractor. Mr. Casey is the owner and President of The Home Buyers Protection Company. Since it's inception in 1980, the company has performed over 25,000 residential and commercial inspections. Mr. Casey requires all of his inspectors to be Certified by The American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).

He has been involved both locally and nationally in his profession.  Locally he is a co-founder of The Greater Omaha Chapter of ASHI and was its first President.  He is involved with local organizations such as The Omaha Board of Realtors, The Southwest Iowa Board of Realtors and The Women's Council of Realtors.  He was awarded the "Affiliate of the Year" in 2004 by the Omaha Board.  Nationally, Mr. Casey has been involved with ASHI and he has served on the national board and on numerous committees.  In 1997 he was elected to be ASHI's National  President.
